Make all of your school-related expenses quick and easy using the SchoolCash Online platform.  You can pay for all student fees online using this quick tool.

SchoolCash Online is a secure platform for parents to make secure online payments for all school-related expenses.

     Lock   (locker) $10.00 max Schools require school-purchased locks on lockers as a safety issue which allows school personnel access when deemed necessary.

    MacBook User Fee $30.00 Device Usage
     PSAT $17.00 Fee is for students who choose to take the PSAT.
     Art $20.00 Fee is for students who choose to take art courses above Art I.
    Band $250.00 max Fee is for uniform maintenance costs and is charged to all students who are issued a band uniform.
    College & Career Promise Courses $30.00  Fee for students who choose to take a CCP course taught by a dual enrollment instructor.
     Graduation Cap & Gown $35.00 Fee for cap and gown unit, which includes: cap, gown, tassel, and hood
     Gym Suits $20.00 The requirement for gym suits is determined by each school.
    Lifetime Recreational Sports $20.00 Fee covers the entrance/participation fees and transportation costs for all off-campus activities.
     Lock (locker) $10.00 Schools require school-purchased locks as a safety issue which allows school personnel access when deemed necessary.
     Elective PE Courses $15.00 Fee to cover the cost of towels, detergent, and any needed supplies for all elective PE courses above the 9th-grade required course.
     Parking Permits $35.00 Fee for parking on high school campus.
     Science Lab $10.00 Fee to cover the cost of lab materials.
     Sports Medicine/Kinesiology $10.00 Fee to cover supplies needed
    Driver Education Course $68.00 Fee for Driver Education course

     Transcript* $10.00 Official transcript requested by a former student. Each student will receive an official transcript free of charge upon graduation. 
     Medical/Immunization Records $10.00

Register for SchoolCash Online

Rowan-Salisbury Schools uses SchoolCash Online for student fees. Follow the steps below to sign in (returning user) or register your account (new user)

  • Create Your Account
    •    Go to RSS SchoolCash Online and click Register
    •    Enter your first name, last name, email address, and create a password
    •    Select a security question
    •    Select Yes to receive email notifications (you will not receive promotional emails)
    •    Check your email to confirm your account — check your Spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes

  • Add Your Children
    •    Sign in and go to My Account → My Students
    •    Click to add a child
    •    Type your school board name and choose your school from the list
    •    Enter your child's details and click Confirm
    •    Repeat for any additional children — you can add up to 8 students to one account

  • Browse & Pay
    •    Once signed in, you'll see any fees or items assigned to your child
    •    Select an item and click Add to Cart
    •    When ready, click Continue to complete your secure online payment

SchoolCash Online FAQs

  • SchoolCash Online is a free, secure platform that lets you pay for your child's school fees online — from field trips and yearbooks to athletic fees and more. Once registered, you'll receive automatic email notifications whenever a new fee is posted, and you can pay anytime from your phone, tablet, or computer.
     

  • Yes. Each parent or guardian can have their own account with separate login credentials and payment history. The same child can be linked to up to 5 different accounts.

  • •    The item hasn't been posted yet, or the deadline has passed
    •    The item has already been purchased for your child
    •    The item is sold out
    All items are created and managed by your student’s school. Contact the school’s office if you're unsure.
     

  • •    Sign in and select the Items tab — find the item under your child's name
    •    Click Add to Cart, then Continue to check out
    •    Enter your payment details and select Complete Your Order
     

  • Accepted methods are set by each school board and may include Visa, Mastercard, eCheck (direct bank debit), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Interac. Contact your school board for options available to you.
    Credit card payments are processed immediately. eCheck payments can take 5–7 business days to clear.
     

  • Sign in and select the Payment History tab to view all past transactions and print receipts.
    Note: Cash or cheque payments made in person at the school will not appear here. Contact the school for those records.
     

  • All refund requests must be made through your school's administrative staff. Once initiated, refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • •    Go to My Account → Manage Email Notifications and confirm the checkbox is selected
    •    Check your spam folder and add noreply@schoolcashonline.com to your safe senders list
    •    Ensure your child has been added to your account. You won't receive notifications without a linked student
    •    Confirm you're checking the inbox associated with your SchoolCash Online account

  • On the Sign In page, click Forgot your password? Enter your registered email and you'll receive a reset link within 5 minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

  • Yes — SchoolCash Online is PCI-DSS compliant and undergoes annual third-party security audits.
    Your credit card information is never stored on SchoolCash Online's servers. You will need to re-enter payment details each time you check out. SchoolCash Online does not share your personal information with any third party.
